About the opportunity

Based in our London HQ and reporting to our Head of Account Management, the Account Management team are responsible for the performance of all existing Lantum clients. Maintaining close, personal relationships with all our users and with responsibilities for distinct customer types, Associates shape and own our user engagement strategy. This role will oversee and own performance of the Out of Hour (OOH)/Urgent Care (UC) and Telehealth segment.

Our challenge is to grow our user base throughout the UK whilst operating sustainably, efficiently and ensuring we make the step changes required to become a leader in healthcare technology. To do this we need all our users to love the platform, become advocates of Lantum and make Lantum the first place they go to for all their work.

As a Customer Success Manager your role is critical towards achieving the following goals:

Improve job fill rates across all OOH/UC and Telehealth clients Build and maintain good relationships with clients Upsell Lantum’s latest product developments to ensure maximum user satisfaction Devise strategies to engage new clinicians Ensure a smooth and efficient approval process for all new cliniciansReport on client performance as required both internally and externally Devise strategies to ensure clients remain loyal & committed KPIs:

No. of hours filled across OOH/UC and Telehealth clients No. of new Clinicians approved and booking into OOH/UC and Telehealth sessions Improve our client experience by upselling Lantum's latest product development Requirements
