Impact

Pitney Bowes an industry leader in customer communication technologies is seeking to recruit a Supply Chain Coordinator to work as part of a cohesive International Supply Chain Team based out of offices in Harlow, Essex.

Primary objective of the role:

Build strong relationships with our International Supply Chain customers - both internal and external.

Co-ordinate and ensure Supply Chain orders are received, released and progressed through the various third party suppliers, warehouse and carrier networks to arrive correctly and complete with the end customer. The role coordinates returns for customers ending a contract with PB or returns where the customer could be taking a new order simultaneously.

The Job

S/he is responsible to:

Handling daily issues raised by internal and external customers as a result of supply chain orders.

Support the achievement of Order Management SLA'S.

Monitor, resolve and prevent carrier exceptions to ensure seamless flow for reverse and outbound orders.

Continuous reduction of process and data errors impacting orders.

Daily interaction across Europe with Customer Operations, Service, Retention Team and Supplies Team.

Daily interaction worldwide with PB affiliates and dealer networks across various European regions.

Working across business functions and geographies to support resolution of day to day issues.

European travel may be required.

As part of a team you will be supporting colleagues with advice and assistanceQualifications

Experience of working in a busy customer service/order processing environment resolving complex customer orders and working with third party logistics.

Ideally experience using SAP or a related order management system.

Microsoft Office: Primarily Excel to be able to sort, filter and accurately populate and maintain spreadsheets.

Ideally has Advanced Excel and Power BI skills to manage daily reporting and KPI measures. Not essential

Ability to review, analyse and solve day-to-day business issues.

Demonstrates ability to work well in a team.

Able to adapt quickly to a changing dynamic environment.

International supply chain experience is required

Literacy and numeracy skills to GCSE standard, with excellent business English & French language, written and spoken

Able to work flexible hours to support month/quarter end activity on a rota basis when required.The Team
