Here at Futerra we are looking for a new enthusiastic Copywriter to join our growing creative agency. Your role here as Futerra’s writer will be to harness the power of language to make positive change. You’ll use words to communicate important messages beautifully, and bring out the best in all of the strategic and creative thinking we do.

You would be joining a very smart group of people who care passionately about what they do, and they expect you to care too.

As a company, we imagine better, brighter ways of doing things and then work with people who can make them happen.

Our clients are brands big and small, and we work with them on behaviour change, sustainability strategy, branding, internal engagement, public campaigns, and more.

Tying it all together with a blend of logic and magic to deliver the best creative work.

We are looking to find someone who meets this criteria and is willing to move outside of the 'typical' agency space and take on the challenge.

Your role will include:

Write the words for Futerra’s projects, from brand narratives to reports, pitches to posters. Pick apart briefs, ask questions and make sure we have everything we need to create game-changing work. Work closely with the head of copy, strategists, design and account teams to make sure our projects are delivered on time and to budget. Manage your own workload, staying flexible enough to produce quick turnaround creative. Take the initiative when it gets busy – you’re a team player and keen to pitch in. Work closely with our head of copy and creative director to develop the way we offer writing to clients. Requirements

You enjoy working on challenging projects that need as much thinking as writing. You might not be an expert in sustainability, but you can get to grips with technical or specialist subjects in no time. You're in your element working in a fast-paced creative environment and are driven by your desire to set the bar in terms of the way organisations use language. You enjoy getting to the heart of the problem and spotting the story that others might not see. You write long-form copy, from reports to strategy documents but you're equally at home coining a killer headline. You may have spent the last 3-4 years honing your craft in an agency or in-house and are looking for your next challenge. You can confidently talk people through the creative thinking behind your work. Not an expert in sustainability, a member or Greenpeace or a vegan? No problem, because you do care about making a positive impact and you’re excited about making change happen. Benefits
