This is a fantastic opportunity to come and join us at INVSTR as a Campaign Manager.

Your roles will include:

Campaign Management

Devise organic and non-organic, digital and multi-channel campaigns to:

Raise brand awareness Raise product awareness Attract and acquire new users Retain existing users Re-engage previous users Encourage viral app promotion by existing users Solicit positive app reviews Work in Return on Attention “RoA” and Return on Investment “RoI”

Plan and maintain a calendar of campaigns and tracking objects


Manage relationships with PR agencies in London and New York (currently Goldin Associates & Weber Shandwick) to build product and brand awareness.

Manage contracts with agencies and re-negotiate as necessary

Maintain a calendar of industry events and awards and prepare award submissions

Maintain invstr profile on relevant industry databases, including Crunchbase, VentureBeat, Angellist, Wikipedia etc


Plan, organise and manage invstr sponsored events:

Marketing events for FinTech, EdTech, Financial Inclusion & Gamification Product launch events PR events with journalists Co-ordinate student events (on and off campus) with University Marketing Manager Meet-ups Email:

Use Emarsys email marketing tool to support all campaigns

Maintain database of prospect clients as well as existing clients for marketing purposes

Programmatic Paid For Campaigns:

Manage programmatic media buying campaigns for web and app campaigns Work with media buying agencies Devise every step of the campaign process: Devise creative assets Plan demographic, interest and regional targeting Plan operating system & device targeting Optimise campaign targeting Requirements

Track record in media buying, Google Adwords, Facebook & Twitter ads display Track record creating engaging mobile app acquisition, retention and engagement campaigns Experience with Affiliate Marketing High energy Great communication skills and ability to represent invstr and communicate brand and product messaging effectively Technologically literate & curious Good knowledge of financial markets and investing Familiarity with CRM systems Knowledge of Emarsys email system Detailed understanding of campaign management on Facebook, Twitter, Google Detailed understanding of Google Analytics & Facebook Analytics A scientific background is not essential but a desire to make the world better is.
