Description:
We're looking for a Cross-Channel Account Director to join the Client Services team at Forward3D to assist in the management, planning, strategy and execution of one of our key accounts.

Forward3D provide cutting-edge multilingual digital marketing for some of the world’s most prestigious brands including Virgin Holidays, Hilton Hotels and Gucci. We’re also one of the largest independent digital marketing agencies in the world with global offices in New York, Shanghai, Tokyo and Seoul.

The main element of this role is working with channel specialists to plan the most appropriate way to allocate media budget to achieve the best results as a sum of all channels. The cross-channel specialist will understand the best way to leverage each channel against the rest for the best possible outcome.

Core functions:

Sit across execution for all channels at F3D Cross Channel Media Planning Cross Channel Knowledge and Strategy Cross Channel Process Development The fundamental objectives of the role are to support the agency with:

Developing excellent client relationships at all levels Attending multi-channel client meetings & work alongside the Associate Director to drive multi-channel strategy Work with internal channel teams to implement multi-channel strategy, ensuring wider client objectives are being met Where applicable, working with the account manager to manage priorities across channels and ensure client deadlines are met Ensure cross-channel comms and reporting are consistent across all channels and markets, acting as lead multi-channel point of contact Support the team to ensure project plans and process documents are maintained and kept up to date Lead internal multi-channel meetings, ensuring learning's across channels and teams are shared. Actively seek cross & up sell opportunities and work alongside the Associate director and Channel Heads to maximise these. Support the Associate Director and Business Director with cross sell proposals. Attend client proposal meetings where appropriate Keep abreast of channel, product and industry updates within the agency, ensuring these are communicated to the client where appropriate Requirements

Digital marketing experience, preferably in a digital agency Excellent understanding of all digital channels including PPC, SEO, Display, Affiliates and Paid Social Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Numerical and analytical Results and target driven with excellent attention to detail Able to prioritise and multi-task, working with all agency departments as well as independently Proactive, motivated, self-starter Confident client facing attributes Benefits
