Telesales Executive: A successful and energetic Telesales Executive with lead and demand generation experience and a hunter mentality is required to generate prospects for the sales team for a leading high-performance water efficiency company.

Reporting to the Commercial Director the Telesales Executive will join a company that has designed and patented a very low water usage toilet technology that gives a powerful, leak-proof flush, while using 84% less water than an average toilet, with benefits including reduced costs and a lower carbon footprint.

The successful candidate will bridge the gap between the Sales and Marketing departments and will involve significant time on the phone to follow up on leads generated from marketing programs as well as independent prospecting. The Telesales Executive will also manage and maintain the CRM and tender portal on the website.


*Prospect for new customers using a multi-channel approach (such as telephone, email and LinkedIn), guide opportunities through qualification, into and through the sales process

*Maximise the conversion of enquiries through booking qualified appointments for the sales team

*Manage and maintain the CRM tool and tender portal on our website, ensure all activity is tracked

*Build and optimise a demand generation program that delivers quality leads to the sales team and partners

*Quote prices and prepare proposals

*Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure that all campaigns are followed up on with potential leads being shared with partner network

*Ensure a quick initial connection following an inbound enquiry

*Continuous management and review of the pipeline performance

*Continuously deliver against targets and KPI's

*Produce a weekly pipeline, activity & conversion dashboards through the CRM tool

*Work with the Service Manager to ensure that all post sales activity encourages great customer care and repeat business

*Develop solid relationships with key internal stakeholders; marketing, sales and senior management

Skills & Experience:

*Able to demonstrate a successful solid track record of telephone-based lead generation or customer acquisition

*Experience in negotiating and closing deals

*Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

*Experience using a CRM tool

*Experience of working to KPI's

*Strong delivery focus and a 'right-first-time' attitude

*Highly energetic and self-motivated attitude

*Experience in product-based business with a technical mind set

*Results-driven and competitive in a team-working environment

*Creative thinker and problem-solver

*Highly organised with attention to detail

*Resilience and ability to handle rejection

*Determination, diplomacy and excellent interpersonal skills
