Description:
We’re looking for a well-rounded Affiliate & Partnership marketing specialist with consumer product and commercial experience to grow our global business, primarily in UK & US. Family history is a high-growth market that is changing quickly, with the introduction of new social products and technologies such as consumer DNA heritage kits. As a key player in the global family history industry, Findmypast has more than 9 billion historical records and 18 million registered users worldwide, and has helped transform the way people learn about their ancestors. We want an Affiliate & Partnership marketing lead who is excited to bring the Findmypast proposition to new audiences through new & existing affiliates, partners & libraries, to grow our brand awareness and increase our market share.

Requirements

This role has a broad and varied remit with a strong commercial focus. The role reports into the Head of Growth, and works in close collaboration with marketing & wider teams across the business Drive activities to profitably grow Findmypast’s customer base. Execute Affiliate & Partnership strategies globally, identifying new & exciting potential affiliates & partners, setting up commercial agreements, managing relationships (agency and direct) and driving new, qualified traffic to the site Drive incremental year-over-year revenue via our library network by identifying key marketing opportunities – managing global library agency Keep wider team updated on achievements, results & plans via regular reporting. Drive down overall cost per acquisition by identifying cost-effective revenue streams, including influencer models, flat-fee, commission-based cost structures Manage creative process with affiliates & partners & in-house team to create bespoke banners & commercial/marketing assets About You

Experience working in a digital consumer environment Affiliate & partnership experience with demonstrable success in this area Pro-active & autonomous – need to be able create new ideas and initiatives and to run with them to fruition Data-driven and analytical, you’ll use metrics to guide your decisions Collaborative, confident & an excellent communicator Enjoy working in a fast-paced, can-do, growth environment Role is based in our London office in Shoreditch Benefits
