Description:
We are looking for an energetic, innovative, tech-savvy and customer-oriented Customer Success Manager for ViSenze, in Europe. As a customer advocate, the Customer Success Manager is the primary technical and product point of contact responsible for ensuring the success of Visenze's clients in Europe.

The successful candidate would have a good technical background and be familiar with APIs and Python scripting. Candidates would be required to undergo a coding/scripting test. This role would be ideal for candidates looking to move from a technical role to a more client-facing role.

Responsibilities

Drive solution adoption (features, use cases, capacity, product stack) by providing insights on usage maturity, best practices, diagnosing barriers, and solutions for those barriers. Ultimate goal of driving success and expansion in the accounts. Make “customer success” your primary focus. You will be responsible for the success of our customers who will be using ViSenze’s innovative image search and recognition technology. Work alongside our Business Development/Sales Managers to identify new opportunities and use-cases within existing customers and execute on their strategy. Proactively on-board all new paying customers and deeply understand their needs in order to best implement our technology to meet their goals. Onboarding may include in-person/video product trainings when and if needed. Help our clients resolve day­-to-­day challenges by delivering innovative and scalable solutions. Ensure the prompt and proper resolution of any technical challenges. Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams as necessary to resolve technical bugs and issues. Improve product offerings by providing client feedback on features to Product and Engineering teams. Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering or other technical disciplines. Familiar with API tuning/testing/troubleshooting. Familiar with Python scripting and MS-Excel. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Relationship-oriented, credible customer leader with mid-senior level audiences. Able to address clients’ business challenge with innovative solutions, then discuss financial options, as well as overcome objections. Highly organised, quick learner who works well under pressure. Able to travel at short notice. Only candidates who are currently legally able to work in EU can be considered. We are unable to sponsor any visa applications at this point in time. Benefits
