Description:
Pole To Win is looking for an Account Manager to help grow business amongst our existing clients. This individual will be a dynamic and highly motivated individual. The right personality fit and a good knowledge of the games industry is more important than specific account management or sales experience. Growth will be driven through building and managing our existing relationships. The successful candidate will have a track record of surpassing expectations through cultivating and growing relationships. This does not have to be exclusively in a sales role.

With a focus on results, this position has been created to supplement our existing efforts and the right candidate will have a significant amount of leeway in how they do their job.

This is an individual contributor role.

What you’ll be doing

Developing and managing long term relationships with our clients within the European market Owning the proposal generation process and deliver quotes in partnership with the delivery teams Working with delivery teams to identify potential areas for growth Leveraging existing relationships to open up future opportunities Developing an account management strategy in partnership with other key stakeholders in the business Attending client meetings, presentations, trade shows, etc. Requirements

Proven track record of exceeding expectations through building strong client relationships An existing network of contacts within the games industry would be hugely beneficial Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to forecast opportunities Must be self-motivated An organised individual with a passion for gaming and experience of CRM tools Comfortable working in an informal environment Benefits
