Description:
EdgePetrol has changed the way that forecourt owners run their sites, by giving them the power to make better and quicker decisions with their real-time data. This role will be responsible for sourcing and managing third party integrators and resellers of our EdgePetrol platform.

Responsibilities:

Develop the partnership strategy with the nominated partner companies; agree and execute based on the SLA and sell the benefits integrating with the Edge platform to them Be the liaison between the Edge team and the integration companies to ensure customer integrations are delivered smoothly and within the agreed timeframe Identify upsell opportunities within existing contracts Manage a portfolio of channel partners and work with the Edge team to develop the strategy for integration, delivering sales quota and onboarding Develop an escalation process for both parties and agree on customer communication Create new and develop existing workshops, classes and programs in partnership with other members of the Operations and Sales team Create and develop educational materials (i.e. handouts, worksheets,) that effectively communicates and delivers the fundamental practices of the company, using a variety of media and blended learning formats Create relevant structured processes using industry best practice and product knowledge with the input of the management team Stay abreast of trends, developments in area of expertise, as well as competitor activity by reading current blogs, books, magazine articles, attending events etc. Conduct field visits to understand requirements from our third-party partners in addition to our internal sales/operational teams Conduct on site visits to our respective partners to ensure partner training is delivering the desired results Develop business plans for each distributor which outlines success metrics, goals and activities to drive accelerated growth and partner satisfaction Channel management planning, strategic and operational planning, market development, business planning, and forecasting Support product development and participate in general product strategy through feedback from partners by working closely with engineering and product management to translate customer needs to product requirements Requirements

Minimum of four years of channel partner enablement experience in a business-to-business sales environment. Partner enablement experience within a multi-channel SaaS business environment Strong presence and confident presenter Previous experience of working within the POS industry is desired Ability to stay cool under pressure Previous experience in working at a dynamic start-up is preferred Degree preferred, not mandatory Benefits
