The Customer Service team is the voice of our brand; they champion world class service and drive our customer experience across multi-channel platforms to exceed our customer’s expectations. You’ll be a part of a wider Customer Service team who work in a fast paced, digitally focused, creative team which strives to put our customer first. Our Customer Service Aftercare team is based at our warehouse in Kettering and sit closely to our product. They are our experts in providing luxury aftercare service and product information to our customers.

Reporting to the Customer Service Advisor, you will ensure our customers receive the highest standard of aftercare service at all times.

The day to day:

 Communicate with our customers by phone, email and letter to provide updates and information regarding their product queries/complaints

 Assist with inspecting customer returns and make refund/exchange decisions

 Provide exceptional service to delight our customers at a luxury/premium level

 Take ownership of self-training to learn the ins and outs of our product with the objective of improving service standards

 Provide general administration support to the team.

 Ensure individual KPIs are met at all times

Requirements

Who You Are:

 Excellent communication skills in particular strong written skills

 Service focused, always putting the customer first

 Hands on approach, with a ‘roll your sleeves up’ attitude

 Attention to detail, with the ability to spot product defects easily

 Highly organised, detail oriented and able to meet service levels

 Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

 Quick and effective problem solver

 A keen interest in fashion especially footwear

 A true Kurt Geiger Brand Ambassador
