Having raised Series A investment led by Atomico, our client roster is impressive. We work with the likes of Unilever, PepsiCo, L’Oreal, McKinsey, Deloitte, Nestle, Deliveroo, Uber and the BBC to name but a few.

We’re currently looking for an ambitious person to join our rapidly growing business as a Creative Strategy Lead. In this role, you will be distilling key themes from Streetbees proprietary data and presenting these in a way that can be translated into actionable strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Understand clients’ strategic and commercial needs and work with Streetbees data to inform clients of the key themes and insights to support these needs. Working closely with the machine learning team to interpret their results using your own intuition to determine what has commercial application for the client. Working with third party data sources such as social listening data to add further colour to your analysis. Identifying supporting evidence for your conclusions using third party trend reports and other sources. Bringing your conclusions to life by telling a story with data that will engage clients and leave them with actionable insights. Determining what these insights mean for new product innovation and development Comfortable spending time on site working directly with clients Presenting directly to your clients Requirements

You have worked for 4+ years in a top-tier branding or marketing agency and or management consultancy (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, L.E.K., OC&C, Monitor/Deloitte, Strategy&/PWC or equivalent). High quality presentation skills with clear visualisations that convey complex ideas in a simple way. Have an understanding of research methods but not necessarily deep research experience. You have experience in one or more of the following sectors - FMCG, TMT, Financial Services and Life Sciences. You bring analytical rigour, outstanding attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills. You are comfortable working with large data sets and running analysis. You are a strong communicator with the ability to influence and inspire others and have excellent presentation skills. You are able to bring multiple threads of information together into a cohesive strory Passion for consumer insight – You have an interest in new technologies and in the power of consumer data and insights to drive business growth. Cognitive intelligence – You can think on your feet, seeing all the angles to best position our platform to fit a client’s project needs. Client empathy – You’ll be able to build deep, trusting relationships to create Streetbees champions within the client businesses you manage. Start-up attitude – You’re comfortable in a rapidly changing environment where the answer is not always clear, working with limited resources and delivering high-quality work to tight timelines.
