With Novoda our team members and clients alike embark on a journey of learning and growth to develop digital products that generate success. We practice product development to its highest standard, continuously improving ourselves and the work we produce with our clients. As we learn more about our client’s domain, their expertise and measures of success we also share our working practices, industry insights and methodologies with them, creating an atmosphere of continuous learning and growth.

About the Role:

We’re searching for someone who can broadcast how our values and culture repeatedly transform businesses through Mobile innovation. You will take the lead in building and managing a pipeline of interesting projects for our engineers and designers to enjoy producing.

Working from London, you will represent all our new business sales across the UK. Together we will build new relationships in our already established industries, and through your ambition and leadership, further strategic expansion into new areas. You will manage and evolve our sales pipeline in collaboration with technical experts across the business, who define Novoda’s unique flavour.

You’ll drive leads through qualification, demonstration, negotiation and on a day-to-day basis you'll be talking directly with senior stakeholders and COOs.

The ability to understand the clients' needs, whilst demonstrating to them how they will benefit from Novoda's values and processes is essential. As part of this role, it will be required to originate new leads, qualify them, as well as develop and execute sales strategies and events that encompass the full range of Novoda’s offering.

This role will have a sales closure target with rewards/bonuses based upon the performance of the whole Growth team. You will regularly maintain and report on sales/opportunity pipeline and pursuit plans, reporting directly to the Head of Growth & Marketing.
