Description:
As Marketing Manager, you will report directly into the Chief Strategy Officer supporting in the development of brand identity and communications strategy. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of all product and brand marketing. You will be a self-starter with multi-channel marketing expertise across PR, social, trade events and digital, with an interest in consumer behaviour and consumer marketing. This is an extremely exciting opportunity to join a highly ambitious and fast-growing tech scale-up at an early stage of its development.

Roles & Responsibilities

Work with CSO and leadership team to create new brand identity, strategy and communications plan Plan and maintain marketing communication schedule Manage digital and social media channels, helping devise strategies to grow reach and engagement Create marketing assets, including digital, social media and PR (writing press releases and articles) and B2B content (including presentation decks and emails) Manage outreach to industry events, publications and influencers, ensuring Wi-5 is recognised as a true innovator and thought leader Work with the sales team to support lead capture through marketing communications Work with the design team to develop visual materials Monitor marketing performance and compile regular marketing effectiveness reports Compile regular marketing intelligence reports Skills & Experience

Ideally have 5+ years’ experience within a marketing role Have a passion for tech and innovation Have an excellent understanding of brand marketing – tone of voice, brand messaging and creative identity Experience working within the digital/software industry Experience of B2B marketing, either from an agency or B2B product background Having retail, fintech or CRM experience is a bonus Strong understanding of marketing ROI Benefits
