We have a fantastic opening in our global marketing team for a Senior Marketing Manager in the UK region, based out of our

Shoreditch hub, balancing strategic thinking with tactical demand generation execution.

In this role you will lead marketing planning for the UK business, including the demand generation required to support UK sales; you'll need to be a great collaborator with internal teams and industry partners to manage campaigns and marketing programs.

You'll have the opportunity to drive and deliver comprehensive marketing programs with strategic partners and industry organisations, whilst also managing webinars, pay-per-lead programs, email campaigns, and other suitable content marketing initiatives to drive demand. You will constantly be testing and optimising marketing programs to improve results on an ongoing basis.

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate proven success in B2B demand generation and product marketing, along with a track record of successful multi-channel marketing planning. Our ideal candidate loves supporting B2B sales teams with lead generation and enablement and has a passion for creating marketing programs that deliver qualified leads converting to sales.

Commercial awareness will show itself in your strong budget management skills and ability to negotiate marketing program costs with vendors.

Simply, you love what you do, are commercially focused and have a proven ability to align lead and demand generation, working closely with colleagues across the business and developing great industry relationships.

Requirements

Proven success in B2B demand generation and product marketing • Experience supporting B2B sales team with lead generation and enablement • Experience working with a global marketing team (Desired) • A proven track record in negotiating marketing program costs with vendors • Passion for creating marketing programs that deliver qualified leads that convert to sales • Highly organized, detail oriented, and strong execution on exceed goals • Strong budget management skills, commercial awareness and a track record of measuring ROI • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis • Experience with and marketing automation (Desired) • Strong project management skills • Highly motivated and self-directed
