Rec Pool are currently recruiting on behalf of our client recruiting for a Physiotherapist to join their well-established private service in Kent. They are looking to appoint to this role immediately and are looking for someone to work full-time hours. The ideal candidate will need experience working within a similar setting.

Your Responsibilities will include:

* Provide assessment and treatment for patients with complex neurological conditions with support from the lead physiotherapist

* To be responsible for managing own clinical caseload to a professional standard and to seek support when required

* Assist in departmental and service development projects

* To be able to work as a patient rehabilitation coordinator with supervision from lead Physiotherapist

* To be able to carry out thorough assessments of patients with neurological diagnosis and provide an appropriate treatment plan drawing on knowledge of standardised assessments and models of practice.

* To be able to develop patient centred goals.

* To be able to devise and implement a treatment plan with supervision from lead Physiotherapist as required.

* To carry out rehabilitation programmes with patients in conjunction with other members of the MDT.

* To be professionally and legally responsible and accountable for all aspects of work as per HCPC and CSP guidelines.

* To work as an autonomous practitioner being held accountable for own practice

* To maintain a high standard of clinical care within own professional practice

* To assess patient understanding of treatment proposals, gain valid informed consent and to work within a legal framework with patients who lack capacity to consent to treatment.

* To assess and manage clinical risk within own and the team's patient case load.

* To be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation in line with professional and company standards of practice.

* To be able to manage a complex caseload with supervision support, if required and be flexible in prioritising on a daily basis.

* To provide and attend in service, departmental and other training internally and externally when required.

* To provide specialist advice to colleagues working within other clinical areas, and to other health and social care professionals.

Education and experience needed:

* Have a Bsc or recognized postgraduate diploma in Physiotherapy

* HCPC registered

* Can demonstrate initiative and creativity

* Have a person-centred ethos, showing empathy and a desire to make a difference

* Have a legal right to work in the UK

* Must be flexible and adaptable, well organised and able to manage time and work load.
