OTL Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Fleet administrator to join a young and dedicated team at our Operational Base in Northwest London. Working on a full time, permanent basis, the successful Fleet Administrator will receive a competitive salary depending of experience.

We are looking for a champion in the fleet management field, our organisation is the main service provider for the car parts industry throughout the UK with over 1000 motorbike riders working Nationwide, also we are a delivery service provider to the largest online retailer with depots in Bow, Wimbledon, Hemel Hampstead,Croydon, Dartford, West Drayton (And growing).

Your duties as the Fleet Administrator will include:

supporting the day to day fleet operation, ensuring maximum utilisation and minimal downtime of vehicles and data and processes are kept up to date and fit for purpose.Key Accountabilities will include: Effectively administer the fleet activities, ensuring systems are up-to-date and processes and procedures are adhered to Run weekly checks and analysis of data from prohire, other business systems, MID (insurance database) and Telematics; maintaining data accuracy Support drivers with the delivery and return of vehicles ensuring a smooth handover process Ensure that hire agreements are properly issued, and the compliance department is updated Ensure invoices / credits from suppliers are correct and allocated to the correct cost centres, escalate any erroneous invoices with the relevant supplier to stop cost leakage Support the review of the fleet policy and procedures and the tracking and reporting of fleet performance versus forecast Identify areas of continuous improvement in work practices and share these with othersWe are looking for a strong administrator who has worked in a similar role and can work in a fast paced environment with excellent customer service skills to both internal and external customers. To be successful in the role you will have a keen eye for detail and a proactive work ethic to meet targets and ensure compliance. Requirements

Essential Previous Fleet admin/advisory/assistant related experience Experience of corresponding and communicating with employees Proven experience at working within a constantly changing environment Essential Working knowledge of fleet Management Proficient in the use of MS Office / Google Docs and HR Systems (CRM, ATS) Proven written, numerical, communication and verbal skills Accurate typing skills recognising need for attention to detail Fluent English (other languages such as Spanish, Italian and Portuguese is a real plus) This Position Will require travelling between depots, and the two London offices based in NW10 and WD6 and our Base in Crawley Benefits

Hourly rate 40 Hours per week Monday to Saturday 8am to 7pm and Alternative Saturday from 9am to 3pm You get paid weekly via BACS If you are an individual who gets stuff done quickly, efficiently, and without first being asked or needing your hand held. Please get in touch.
