Business Development Manager £25- £28K Plus Bonus OTE £50,000 - £60,000

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at our London office in News building at London Bridge station. You'll be responsible for generating new business customers from a targeting list of companies selling our latest all in one recruitment product solution to start up and growing companies hiring tech candidates. We have a fantastic product that will enable customers to hire better quality candidates, giving them better data insights and with better visibility on external hiring spend enabling them to budget better and focus on their core business.

Role

Ensuring customers meeting the key criteria of our customer acquisition strategy You'll be spending 80/90% of your week at customers site both in the UK and Europe understanding their hiring challenges, recruitment process and presenting our solutions that are tailored to their individual needs. Consultation, Design and implementation of the solution for the customer working closely with our account management team Attend monthly customer service reviews Handover to account management team Be the go-to market expert for your customers and keep up with market developments. Be prolific at marketing and ensuring we are top of mind for our clients, prospects and candidate network Requirements

Experience

You will have at least 2 years Business Development experience in fast moving B2B sales environment You'll be experienced in building long term face to face relationships with clients. You'll be sales driven, ambitious and be hungry for success You'll demonstrate first-class customer service skills with an understanding of the value in building long term relationships No recruitment experience is necessary as the right person will be fast tracked through an intense 12 week recruitment training programme. You'll also have to pass our recruitment certification in the first 3 months. You'll enjoy working in a fast paced, success focused environment with a casual dress policy.
