Location: Home/Field based covering London

Hours; 37.5 Hour Contracts Monday to Friday *With ‘oncall’ hours 1 week out of 10

Payrate: £31,696 - £40,000 (dependant on experience) + £4,000 car allowance

Requirements: Must hold a full UK driving licence

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist your role is to provide effective leadership and clinical management of the Complex Care service. Ensuring the professional delivery of a high quality, cost effective, complex care service across the allocated locality within a defined group of clients. Your role is to ensure that the Complex Care Team are fully compliant with all policies, procedures and regulations, and that all business objectives and targets are met. You will work as part of a team ensuring that your client always receives an effective and efficient service that meets their chosen lifestyle, within a safe environment.

Experience & Key Skills Required:

NMC Registered Nurse

5 years Post Registration Experience

Previous ICU experience

Exceptionally well organised individual with administration experience

Previous Complex Care experience

An ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Good report writing skills

Excellent interpersonal and people management skills;

High energy level, self-starter and ability to handle conflicting and competing priorities

Computer literate

High dependency experience

Understanding of CQC standards preferred

Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle

In return you will receive;

A salary of £31,696 to £38,787 (dependant on experience)

£4000 car allowance
