Description:
We are looking for a 3rd Line Engineer with strong Exchange / messaging skills to join our Service Desk team. Working as part of a talented technical team, you will be the go-to person for any messaging-related questions, and will be the final escalation point for all technical issues.

The role will involve resolving complex technical incidents which are logged by clients. This will mean taking ownership of situations, investigating problems and providing solutions in an efficient and professional manner. You will be working across a range of bespoke infrastructures, so will need a broad range of technical skills along with the ability to manage your workload and address your priorities effectively. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful, well respected company, and play a key role in providing an exceptional level of support for multiple VIP clients.

Requirements

Proven experience in a third line technical support role, ideally in a service desk / managed service environment. Strong messaging skills and an in-depth knowledge of MS Exchange 2 Advanced WinTel break-fix. VMWare 5.5. Powershell. Exchange MCSE (or equivalent). Ideally, exposure to networking, Azure, Office 365 and automation systems.
