As part of our ongoing expansion, Tink Labs is looking for capable individuals to join our fast growing teams around the world. London is our headquarters for Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) and a global hub for all aspects of our business.

You will be working with the Creative Department, reporting to the global Content Team based in Hong Kong headquarters. As a Content Writer, you will be supporting the growth of Tink Labs with interdepartmental copywriting, ensuring the tone of voice is consistent across all company editorial. This includes but is not subject to website copy, marketing efforts, ad campaigns, production assets, event support, and design initiatives. You will help be the voice of the brand, creating, growing, and managing copy for B2B and B2C audiences. You will be part of the team that builds our brand presence as the purveyor in revolutionary IoT hospitality solutions.

This is a permanent full-time role.

Assist with various interdepartmental stakeholders on projects involving copywriting, content revision, writing, and proofreading across B2B and B2C efforts Contribute to company culture and internal newsletter with UK updates Support search-ability of content with article tagging and SEO optimisation Marketing:

Ensure content is on-brand, consistent in tone, and complies with SEO best practices Create a repository of demand generation content such as ad and landing page copies, trigger emails, case studies etc. Assist UK Product Marketing Manager on digital & print communications, and other copywriting needs Support co-creation & management of content in-line with blog platforms and social media strategies (regional & global) Build brand awareness through social media channels: Linkedin, IG, Facebook, Twitter Research, plan & execute content for internal and external audiences Help launch & highlight product pushes Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communications / Journalism / Languages or related disciplines 3 years of relevant experience, exposure in Content / Marketing / Digital Media environment; travel content is a plus Understanding of and interest in the technology and travel industry is a must Experience telling a compelling story and driving engagement is preferred Native English speaker (excellent writing & speaking) with a creative mindset Good team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Experience proofreading and working with Marketing Platforms (Hubspot, MailChimp) and CMS is essential Thorough research skills This is a permanent full-time role.
