At Six Degrees, we continually innovate the right solutions to enable our clients’ brilliance. Providing integrated managed services linking people, places and clouds by using our skills and next generation network assets to deliver a fully integrated range of cloud, datacentre, connectivity and voice services.

We are looking to build upon our current Client Services team with a Client Service Manager (CSM). This role will be looking after our clients, a pivotal role in how we engage and review our performance with our clients. To produce a Brilliant client experience we need the CSM to review all aspects of our service and continually improve these by speaking to internal teams.

Building key relationships with our internal teams and clients ideally you will have extensive experience managing clients within a similar position or Account Manager capacity. Service Desk experience also works well in this position as an understanding of support tickets can give you a better understanding of how we may improve our service to our clients.

You will not be adverse to producing and presenting reports as well as an understanding of NPS (Net Promoter Score) would help vastly. The core aim of this position will be based around our NPS scores, turning potential neutral clients into promters, thus creating potential new business opportunities and making your clients happy!

Requirements

Relevant Account Management/Service Management experience Be able to build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders Create and present reports Visiting clients on a regular basis
