About the job:

We are seeking a Content Support Executive to support our OTA Project Delivery Team in our London office. The Data Configurator will be working as part of a team to ensure our website information is accurately maintained. Further, you will be updating pictures, content, destinations and availability using information from sources like brochures, Excel, project management systems or supplier websites.

Contract type: Permanent

Your responsibilities will include:

Reviewing and checking multiple sources of data Recording and updating hotel content on extranet (core CMS system) within time limits Compiling, verifying the accuracy of and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry Reviewing data for errors, correcting and checking output Ensuring daily data entry / upload targets are met working to the productivity scores required Working under guidance from the internal team Familiarity with CRM is important Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is important Requirements


Previous experience in a Data Entry/Analyst role is essential Good attention to detail and accuracy is essential Fast and accurate typing speed Sorting data in an efficient time frame with extreme accuracy Ability to sift through substantial amounts of data in a fastidious manner Ability to work to tight deadlines in productivity focused environment Ability to work under direction of colleagues Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience required Excellent time management and organisation skills Desirable:

Previous experience working with CRM systems Experience with data scraping off websites using scraping tools
