About the job:

We are seeking a Digital Account Manager (Deployment) to support our IBE / Hotelier AI / Website Project Delivery Team in our London office. As a Digital Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for clients throughout the project life-cycle, communicating with clarity, warmth and professionalism. In addition, as a member of the Project Delivery Team you will become responsible for managing projects from the initial enquiry, through design, production process and final installation.

Your responsibilities will include:

Working as part of the global Project Delivery team and provide the right quality and level of service in a timely manner. Responsibility for the end-to-end management of website, booking engine, CRM and web application builds. creating and tracking, detailed project plans, including requirements, risk, schedule, and delivery plans. Responsibility for ensuring that projects meet business and client needs and that if issues arise they will be appropriately escalated to your manager. Tracking and clearly communicating progress and change to stakeholders and the team. Working with the design, development and management teams to maintain and implement processes, timely deliveries of project at hand. Working with our QA tester to test websites / product solutions thoroughly and systematically to ensure we deliver high-quality products to our clients. Updating project management system to ensure accurate call / project logging and response times. Reporting and resolving bugs by working with the Development team to resolve customer issues with a sense of urgency. Maintaining issue logs and facilitate issue resolution. Anticipate, manage, and address risks and project challenges Proactively offering and performing training sessions with clients for all range of products. Requirements


At least 2-3 years experience managing the delivery of high-quality projects within budget, brief and deadline in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Developing a solid technical understanding of a project, industry or platform Good knowledge on SaaS / e-commerce based platforms Experience in use of project management tools, such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc. Experience in managing concurrent projects simultaneously Ability to prioritise and plan effectively Desirable:

Basic knowledge of JavaScript and HTML, CSS (desirable) Good knowledge of Wordpress / Magento CMS Good knowledge of DB, XML log tracking
