We are launching a new product for Healthcare Assistants, and as such, the Customer Success team are looking for an ambitious self-starter to deliver an exceptional onboarding and ongoing support experience to our carer community.


Build and maintain relationships with our carer community with a real focus on customer experience Onboarding all new carers to the Florence Platform, ensuring they know how to get the best out of the platform and how to successfully apply for shifts Ensure all required compliance documents are received (DBS, passports, visas, references, training documents) and stored appropriately. Be an expert in your marketplace and contribute to business plans and growth strategies Build and lead a team of Customer Success Executives as this side of the business grows Be the go to person for carers in the business - there is nothing you won’t know about your sector Requirements

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to build rapport with people quickly. Self-motivated individuals who strive to add value and make a difference Minimum of 1 year of onboarding experience Some leadership or management experience would be beneficial Ability to understand, manipulate and extract information from multiple datasets Enthusiasm and passion for sharing knowledge and learning. Ability to take on ownership of your work and always go the extra mile without being asked. Benefits
