The Role:

Support our clients who are building and managing world-class third party risk management programs by maximizing the value of their investment in the Aravo platform Provide a valued voice, where ideas and creative approaches are welcomed Feel a sense of accomplishment as you are empowered to deliver in a dynamic, fun and fast-paced environment Celebrate successes and grow with us The Business Solution Consultant will oversee the sales support of the Aravo third party risk management platform. This individual will understand the client’s challenge and/or vision in managing a program to effectively and efficiently identify the risk associated with their third party business partners. This role will partner with the sales lead to complete discovery and design the optimum workflow, risk management and on-going monitoring solution.

Responsibilities:

Forge strong partnerships with customers and colleagues Interacting and communicating professionally with internal colleagues and external customers Engage customers in enlightened business need discussions versus feature/function basics Identify industry best practices and ensure these are reflected in Aravo solution presentations Understand the business problem our clients are attempting to solve and creatively design a technical solution using the Aravo platform Provide strong technical understanding of our product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate Aravo solution capabilities to address a customer’s business needs Understand and communicate Aravo differentiation against competitive offerings in the market Participate in post-sales, implementation design workshops to ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation Create and/or improve demonstration libraries and presentations Manage your schedule where up to 50% of your time may include travel Requirements

4-8 years proven software sales success (SaaS experience is a plus) Extremely strong client management skills and ability to work with customers to demonstrate the power of the Aravo platform Intellectually curious with a passion for what you do Adheres to the highest ethical standards and conduct, honors commitments, and treats people with kindness, compassion, trust and respect Skills:

Exceptional software demonstration skills Proven ability to work strategically, creatively and analytically with a Sales Account Executive Thorough domain knowledge (functional expertise plus target industry expertise in at least one of the following areas):Functional: Third Party Risk Management, Sourcing/procurement, Supply Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Supply Chain, Supply Chain Finance, Operational Risk Management, GRC; Vertical: Financial Services, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Hi-tech, Energy (oil & gas), Agriculture, FMCG, Media Past professional experience with Third Party Risk Management or GRC within a vertical industry applicable to Aravo’s client acquisition strategy is a plus Experience with Web Service (SOAP, REST) integration techniques is a plus Business Process Consulting, return on investment analysis, and project management experience is a plus Experience with corporate/enterprise software solutions such as ERP, Sourcing/Procurement and Supply Chain Business acumen to understand the whole picture of what is required while executing at a detail level Ability to efficiently orchestrate resources in a team selling environment Ability to tailor custom demonstration and presentations, as well as manage personal demo environment via the web Excellent oral, written, and customer-facing communication skills appropriate at all levels of a client’s organization Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office and Visio applications Adept learner, result-oriented, calm under pressure High-energy approach to doing business, execute with enthusiasm, having a ‘can-do’ attitude Team oriented – Proven ability to function effectively in virtual teams, globally Self-motivated with a can-do, positive attitude and a flexible, solutions-based approach to work Results-oriented, organized and decisive with the ability to prioritize and make solid decisions in the face of incomplete, evolving, and/or conflicting objectives Benefits
