This role involves working in Year 4 as you become a role-model for these high-achieving pupils. You will provide in and out-of-class learning interventions thus play a vital part in ensuring all pupils reach their potential. You may be asked to provide extra 1:1 support to pupils on occasion so you must have confident when working independently. You will be supported by an experienced team of highly-qualified staff who will support your professional development throughout the year.

About You - You will be a graduate of Criminology or an experienced youth worker with a passion for your subject and for education. You will be resilient, patient and able to come up with creative solutions to problems. You will have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and will ideally have some experience working or volunteering with young people. You will have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in education and be committed to this position for a full academic year.
