Description:
Office Administrator: A highly capable Office Administrator with broad experience across finance and general office administration is required to carry out a range of general office duties for a fast-growing medical diagnostics company.

The Office Administrator will join Chirus Limited, a supplier of innovative products in areas such as women's health, addictions, cardiology, infectious diseases and cancer. The company provides testing solutions to primarily acute hospitals.

This is a varied role and the successful candidate will work closely with the company directors to maintain the office management processes and systems. A flexible and pro-active attitude is essential for this rapidly growing small business.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and book customer orders

- Deal with incoming emails and telephone calls

- Manage the Intuit QuickBooks accounting system

- Coordinate the daily dispatch of customer orders; liaise with couriers to resolve any issues with order deliveries

- Input sales, purchases, expenses and other accounting transactions

- Reconciliation of bank accounts

- Process customer payments and ensure timely payment of sales invoices

- VAT management

- Manage stock levels and conduct monthly stock take

- Produce sales and cashflow forecasts

- Order office supplies

- General running and upkeep of office

Skills & Experience:

- Minimum one year's experience in an office administration or finance role

- Computer literate, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

- Knowledge of accounts software (Intuit QuickBooks preferable - training provided)

- Strong numeracy, problem solving and analytical skills

- Communication and general administration skills with a fine attention to detail

- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and plan workload
