Description:
iwoca is a London fintech company with a passion for helping small businesses. Traditional banks make getting a business loan a cumbersome and often infuriating process; business owners have to fill out form after form, with weeks of delay and anxious waiting in between. We think small businesses shouldn’t have to deal with all that faff, and have developed cutting-edge technology to offer them flexible access to credit, with a five minute application process and a decision in hours, often minutes.

We’re growing rapidly, and are ranked as the UK’s fastest growing SME finance provider by the Deloitte UK Fast 50 and Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100. If you’d like to work in London’s famous fintech scene at a company with passion, growth and vision then keep reading for how you’ll be able to help.

Requirements

How often do you receive a really good email update from a company? Relatively rarely, right? Many businesses send out spammy promotions or poorly-conceived newsletters that don’t entice anyone to do anything other than delete it (or worse, raise a GDPR complaint). We’re looking for a hardworking, dedicated and bright individual to tackle this challenge head-on by managing the creation and sending of regular email-first content.

The Always-On Marketing Manager will get our customers’ heads turning by nurturing readers, presenting them with interesting content and working out ways of maximising our email reach and engagement. It’s a unicorn role, requiring an organised and structured mind, but also an unparalleled creative flair. If you can’t right in a way that moves mountains you won’t be a good fit (likewise, if you missed that we spelled write incorrectly just then, you’ll definitely not be ‘right’ for the role).

If you think this sounds like the job for you, keep reading for a breakdown of the position and what we want you to come in and own.
