Description:
If you're a supply teaching assistant working in short-term or day-to-day assignments, you may be eligible to join the Guaranteed Work Scheme (GWS).

We aim to provide you as a supply teacher with some of the security that long-term or permanent work brings, while giving the flexibility and benefits that comes with doing day-to-day and short-term work.

The candidate we are seeking to appoint will:

* Have experience in the classroom for at least two years

* Has access to own car

* Willing to travel 20 miles for work

* Be comfortable teaching across key stage one and key stage two

* Willing to go the extra mile in our schools and always ensure marking is complete before leaving

* Have two excellent up to date references which reflect teaching ability

By signing up to the GWS, you will benefit from receiving regular work and a guaranteed income for each term. This is our commitment to you in return for you working exclusively for us.

We will guarantee you a minimum number of days work each week, you choose the mileage travelled, and if we're unable to offer you work, we'll pay you anyway.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
