My client, an independent and successful Estate and Block Management company, are seeking an experienced Property Accountant to join their busy and growing team. Working in a close nit team, providing Property Accounts support for the overall smooth running of the office.

Your duties will include:

* Bookkeeping - invoices, receipts, company expenses etc

* System maintenance - using Block Management System (Blockman) and Xero

* Receipting payments made by lessees to their service charge account

* Reconciling bank accounts

* Entering invoices from contractors

* Entry of approved records into accounts system

* Overseeing arrears and being main point of contact for Purchase Ledger / Cashiers / Credit Control & Service Charge queries

* Transfer of monies where required

* General administration where required

Experience required:

* 1 year + Property Accountancy experience

* Strong and proven administration experience

* Excellent organisational skills

* Able to work independently efficiently

Salary: £25,000-£30,000
