A company passionate about creating the world's best cycling facilities is looking for a Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to join their dynamic team based in Central London.

Since 2007, they have been designing, building and servicing hundreds of bike parking and change room facilities across the world. They take all the hard parts about riding − the parking, showering, changing, lock up - and make them feel effortless through end-to-end spatial design, storage product design / installation and ongoing facility services. They are now rolling in and out of offices across the United Kingdom, Asia Pacific and North America.

They are a team dedicated to making cycling easy for cities and communities around the globe and to helping people rediscover the lost art of riding a bike… and you can help them achieve this.

They are looking for a Bookkeeper to manage all things numbers, as well as providing general office support, reporting to the Head of Europe.

About the role:

Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow and inventory control processesResponsible for Payroll, and CIS, PAYE and VAT returnsKeeping expenses in check - coding, accounts reconciliation etcCompleting month and year end accounting and project reporting requirementsYou will be a star in developing strong working relationships - both within the team as wellas with clients and suppliersDeveloping and ensuring office processes, procedures, filing systems and databases remain relevant and up to dateHelping with general office admin - diaries, booking planes, trains and meeting rooms etcAssisting with sales estimationsThey will provide all the tools, resources and authority you will need to do to get the job done!

Desirable skills / experience:

Finance related degreeXero, Receipt Bank and NetSuite (or similar CRM) systemsExperience working in a similar role for a smaller sized business (or if a university graduate, someone who can prove they can learn quickly on the job!)Organised and efficientGreat communication, both on the phone and the written wordGood sense of humourAn interest in cycling, even if you don't ride or haven't since you were 5Salary: £20,000 - 25,000 (based on experience) + benefits including a bike (if you want to ride to work!) | great autonomy and flexibility | the opportunity to make a real difference to the health and well-being of people and the planet!
