Joining our busy team as a Business Development Executive, you will support the BFX business by proactively seeking new clients and revenue. This is achieved by outbound calling to potential Bibby FX clients with a view to generating FX leads for escalation to FX Dealers. In addition, you will develop experience and knowledge of the FX industry, utilising this to be a key member of the BFX team and supporting the Dealing desk.  Provide support for inbound channels where required. Key responsibilities include:

Through proactive telephone conversations build and maintain new and existing relationships with introductory sources by promoting and representing the BFX brand and services; demonstrate you are an ambassador for Bibby Financial Services.  Those relationships could include financial brokers, accountants, banks, prospective clients, cold calling etc.Achieve own targets of calls and new leads/deals by building and maintaining a level of new enquiries;  identify and secure opportunities for new business and contacts.Consistently and accurately record sales leads, prospects, clients and other relevant information within the CRM to assist the team in the production and completion of weekly and monthly analysis and reports.Provides a high level of service whilst maintaining profitability and minimising currency exposureFollow up outstanding enquiries or revitalise aged enquiries.  Ensuring all supporting paperwork from enquirers is correctly managed.Develop experience, knowledge and understanding of BFX and the FX industry including Bibby products and services, clients, competitors, risks, client industry and markets in order to increase the relevant contribution this role can make to the teamWhat do I need?

You will be able to drive, gregarious in your outlook and be prepared to get stuck in!

Our ideal Business Development Executive would have proven experience of working in a customer focused environment. You will be highly articulate, with excellent negotiation skills. Most of all, we are looking for someone who is able to communicate effectively with enthusiasm for our brand and service.
