A market-leading company specialising in self-service, information and patient call technologies is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team based in West London.

They are looking for confident communicators with dedication and enthusiasm, who are able to train end users with varying degrees of computer skills, giving them the essential skills to help perform their day-to-day jobs with their applications.

About the Customer Service Administrator role:

Helping the support team maintain the customer base across the UKManaging support tickets and redirecting escalated customer support callsProviding first line support via phoneLiaising with engineers and third parties to facilitate site visitsManaging paperwork relatedAbout you:

Confident public speakers, with personality and professionalismExcellent presentation and client interaction skillsReal enthusiasm for working with a wide variety of peopleGood written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational and problem solving skillsAbility to be calm and patient under pressureProactive and positive at all timesExperience with Windows and Microsoft OfficeExposure to web based CRM like Salesforce or Netsuite is a plus but not essentialThis is an entry level position but the company is looking for someone that can be promoted to a higher role from year two.
