Corporate Sales Executive – Caxton Corporate Prepaid Cards

We are searching for a consultative sales professional to expand our corporate client base and increase revenue for the Caxton corporate prepaid card. This is a new and exciting role, enabling someone with FX knowledge to sell a competitive prepaid product to a proven market.

Reporting to the sales manager, you will be responsible for identifying new prospects, engaging with and developing new relationships with businesses that would benefit from using the Corporate prepaid card, assisting in mitigating the impact of currency fluctuations on their business, and driving revenue for the Caxton corporate card business stream.

Note - this is a 100% new business generation sales role that involves cold-calling.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, seek and prospect new corporate clients via phone, in person, at trade shows/exhibitions, and via social media. Conduct in-depth qualification/fact-finding to establish clients’ needs and their currency risk exposure; fully explain the features and benefits of the Caxton corporate prepaid card. Manage all phases of the sales-cycle, including initial contact, identification of client needs, fact-finding, presentations/product demos, negotiation & implementation. Establish and build relationships with previously dormant clients. Provide regular FOREX market information to all clients, and maximise all opportunities for card client activity, loyalty and retention. Execute sales strategies and directly contribute to meeting departmental revenue targets. Check accuracy of KPI targets vs. revenue forecasts and report these to the sales manager on a weekly basis. Work closely with the sales team to identify relevant cross–selling opportunities for corporate international payments and risk management solutions. Maintain and update CRM system regarding calls, pipeline management and closed sales. Key Requirements:

At least 12 months’ experience in a B2B sales/business development role, ideally in FX/prepaid cards. Strong cold-calling and relationship building skills, able to speak about the FX market confidently with directors/senior executives, able to close deals on the phone and face-to-face Self-motivated and resilient, with an entrepreneurial attitude to work.
