Description:
Executive management position Reporting to the CEO and board Innovative SaaS scaleup delivering on social impact reporting. Ambitious and rapidly growing London based scaleup already established as market leaders in addressing Social Impact / ESG challenges using an innovative enterprise SaaS platform.Role

You will have the ability to bring in a high-performance commercial culture to build value in the business towards an exit. Blue-chip client base and an innovative range of products and services. In this role you will lead all business development with existing and new customers to achieve a step change in revenue growth - Including individual sales contributions as well as growing the overall revenue business and team. Requirements

Lead business development on existing customer accounts and new business sales Direct management responsibility for existing account management and new business executives Expand and reshape this team to grow to 10-20 Sales and Account Managers. Help set up regional UK teams and potentially international partnerships Lead from the front and manage the team (energetic player-manager required) Total responsibility for all revenues with target to grow from £1m pa to at least £5m pa over three years Own and manage the sales process and methodology. Write proposals, lead pitches and close deals. Experience:

Strong and proven background in B2B consultative enterprise software sales You are currently in a Sales Director, VP Sales or Commercial Director position Proven sales experience with team management and leadership skills Ability to deliver consulting work packages including report writing and analysis Experience of recruiting, training and managing business development and sales teams Enterprise SaaS, PaaS and Professional services experience Experience selling into at least 1 of the following Public and Private sectors, such as local government, health, engineering, construction, the services sector and financial services.
