Description:
Farmdrop is growing quickly. We're looking for a customer support agent to add to our Customer Happiness Team. This role is full time, working five 8-hour shifts per week, Monday to Sunday.

About Farmdrop

Farmdrop represents a new economic approach to food retailing, whereby the benefits of cutting out the middlemen are shared with customers who enjoy fresher, healthier food, from smaller scale producers who enjoy best-ever trading terms. Our mission is to Fix The Food Chain, something we plan to do by providing the best food retail experience.

Our Customer Happiness team:

Make our customers happy by providing support over phone and email, as well as working directly with our drivers, managing additional administrative tasks, and assisting with ongoing departmental improvements.

About the role:

You'll be fully trained in our inbound and outbound customer service and operational support, and expected to work well as part of the team that provides a first-class service to our customers. Prior experience providing service by both email and phone in a high volume e-commerce environment is ideal, however applicants without this experience who have strong communication skills and can learn quickly are also encouraged to apply.

Working hours:

Your first two weeks will be training in-office, Monday-Friday 9-6pm. After this you will begin shift work, and the average week will contain two early shifts (7am-4pm) and three late shifts (12-9pm) from Monday to Sunday.

Our support requirements are seven days a week, and you should expect to work between 4 and 6 weekend days in a month.

Once trained, we offer discretionary remote working for up to one shift per week, on top of any weekend days which you are expected to work remotely.

Requirements

Confidence and excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must have. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems. Experience with complaint resolution. Experience dealing with inbound and outbound customer service calls and emails. We use RingCentral, Intercom, Slack, Gmail, Hootsuite Social and any experience with these tools is advantageous Other qualities we prize are:
