Our AIs help marketers and salespeople make better and faster decisions about allocation of resources, targeting and messaging. One AI drove sales efficiency at American Express up by 20x in 2017. Other prominent clients include FedEx, Vitality Health Insurance and Western Union.

We have outgrown our customer success function (the CEO) and are looking for a smart, tactical thinker with project management experience to join our team.

Job responsibilities

Primary work:

Developing relationships with key stakeholders throughout the client Operational management of deals and projects Developing industry knowledge, strategy and planning Presenting solutions to the client Ensuring internal alignment for deals Also:

Understanding internal capabilities Solving day-to-day internal problems Promoting AI as a solution for marketing and sales problems generally Reporting/providing information Training and self-education Requirements

Excellent communicator - professional and at ease talking to senior / junior people Exceptionally well organised - excellent time management skills 1st class degree or 2:1 from good university High-energy (evidence could be many demanding outside-work interests or evidence for voluntarily taking on big challenges) Finds it easy to learn new things and quickly get comfortable with unfamiliar situations at new clients and departments Sociable and easy to get along with Mature and balanced Data savvy - should be comfortable creating a pivot table and some of the more advanced Excel functions Technology savvy - general interest in technology, comfortable with learning new software quickly Experience and background

Likely a management consulting or project management, technology pre-sales support background Experience creating and sustaining strong relationships with clients Evidence of consultative approach to customer / client issues / opportunities. Extensive experience of delivering difficult projects successfully that involved multiple parties Experience managing multiple concurrent projects Experience working with senior stakeholders Bonus: Experience working in B2B Marketing or B2B data Benefits
