We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Expert to support engagements related to our IntroSpect UEBA offering. The product set is being very well received across EMEA and coupled with the rapid growth of the Aruba business, presents an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.

Opportunity analysis.

Gathering and assessing customer needs, both business and technical.Providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of Introspect solutions designed to meet a customer’s business needs.Providing the deepest level of Introspect product and technology specific expertise available to customers from anyone in the sales organization in deal pursuit situations.Being a subject matter expert in Cyber Security and UEBA in particular.Providing support to the local team for Introspect PoCs in particular on the Point of value phase (POV).POC management and Point Of value report creation

Ensuring that use cases and thus log/data requirements are fully understood and qualified.Ensuring customer expectations are aligned to the capabilities of the platform and their specific needs.Managing regular reviews with the customer to guide him though the alerts and highlight risk associated with them.Analyzing PoC findings, documenting findings into a "value" report, and hosting a final review call with the customer.Anticipating and planning for competitive threats.Client/customer relationship.

l Maintaining excellent communication with customer technical management.Representing the company as a technical Introspect expert and CyberSecurity with customers; sharing knowledge in area of expertise and linking to UEBA technology areas.Being a Cyber Security trusted advisor.Partnering effectively with others in the account to ensuring problem resolution and customer satisfaction.Communicating and articulating the details of their component roles in a proposed customer solution.Team collaboration.

Actively supports the local technical account team with IntroSpect solution advice, proposals, presentations, and other customer communications. Transfering knowledge to presales and partners peers via mentoring and contributing participation in peer education programs. Understands the roles and effectively engages other teams and resources within the company and partners.Identifies overlooked opportunities suggested by technical expertise.Facilitating smooth transition from sales to implementation by orienting the appropriate teams to the solution design.Education and Experience

Technical University or Bachelor’s degree, Master is a plusTypically 8-12 years experience in technical consultative and account management.Technical and/or solution experience in appropriate industry.Knowledge and Skills

Technical/Solution acumen.

Demonstrates a broad knowledge of the company’s technology & solutions, with deep expertise in area of specialization and related technologies.Knowledgeable in CyberSecurity,UEBA and NTA competitive solutions knowledge.Understands the Security Operation center (SOC) ecosystem.Applies broad understanding of technical innovations & trends to solving customer business problems.Applies productivity-enhancing tools and processes.Establishes thought leadership in technical specialty area with customers.Demonstrated ability to work as the technical lead for large complex projects.Has a high level understanding of the company's security product roadmaps.Has demonstrated extensive hands-on level skills with SIM or UEBA technology and security in general.Networking

TCP/IP with emphasis on beyond layer 4 for HTTP, HTTPS, DNSFamiliar with network infrastructure: routers, switches, firewalls, web proxies, VPN serversKnowledge in using Wireshark, tcpdump for debuggingSecurity

Experience working in security industryKnowledge in security threats and how to investigate themAppropriately tailors communications to varying levels of customer management.Industry acumen.
