EdgePetrol is a Central London based SaaS start-up determined to bring data visibility to the petrol retail markets, helping business owners to make quicker and better decisions around their assets. After launching the first version of our portal in September 2017, the company has surpassed initial revenue expectations and is now growing across the UK and Europe. With new products in the pipeline and ambitious growth targets to hit, EdgePetrol requires a Customer Success Manager to join the team.

This is fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and business. You will be reporting into the Customer Success Director and be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing product feedback and up-selling the new and innovative products our team is developing. We are a friendly team and welcome people who can bring lots of ideas to the table. As we scale-up, this is a real chance to get involved and help shape the business.

The role:

Be an internal customer champion ensuring a seamless and valuable customer journey Grow and up-sell existing accounts through consultative selling techniques Meet clients in face-to-face environments both onsite and at events Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers On-boarding new customers Capture key use cases and benefits to provide feedback to internal teams to improve the client experience Be an EdgePetrol expert for your clients Be the primary interface for your clients in resolving critical situations Exceed performance targets Requirements

Experience working in a Customer Success or Account Management team Ability to understand customer requirements, develop and guide their thinking to drive EdgePetrol benefits Well organised and analytical Strong attention to detail Self-starting mentality Technical and business aptitude with the ability to learn software programs and industries Experience using CRM systems to manage tasks and pipeline Benefits
