OTL Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a HR Assistant to join a young and dedicated team in our head office based in Borehamwood, London. Working on a full time, permanent basis, the successful HR Assistant will receive a competitive salary depending of experience.

We are looking for a champion in the human resources field, our organisation is the main service provider for the car parts industry throughout the UK with over 1000 motorbike riders working Nationwide, also we are a delivery service provider to the largest online retailer with depots in Bow, Wimbledon, Hemel hampstead,Croydon, Dartford, West Drayton (And growing).

Your duties as the HR Assistant will include:

Assisting within all aspects of HR Acting as the first point of contact for any HR candidates Answering telephone calls, taking messages, typing letter, responding to emails To Outbound telephone Candidates on the first parts of flow filtering. To screen all applicants in line with recruitment process To telephone interview required candidates Coordinating the on-boarding process for new starters Helping set up new starters Supporting office administration Liaise with Operational Managers Assisting with hiring new staff Advertise vacancies Assist with interviews Issue contracts Ensure all pre-contractual checks are completed (ex. verification of right to work in the UK) Ensuring updates are made to the People Management Systems Update Recruitment spreadsheets Communicating effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers Ensuring Confidentiality of all written and verbal communication Recruit candidates through additional planned activity such as advertising, events, promotional activity and any other effective means relevant to campaign Create and manage candidate pools Manage candidates through all stages of the recruitment process. Identifying and attending relevant networking events building candidate contact lists. Support both on and off site open day events to raise brand awareness and increase candidate pool. Requirements

Essential Previous HR Recruitment admin/advisory/assistant related experience Experience of corresponding and communicating with employees Proven experience at working within a constantly changing environment Essential Working knowledge of employment legislation and HR procedures and policies Proficient in the use of MS Office / Google Docs and HR Systems (CRM, ATS) Proven written, numerical, communication and verbal skills Accurate typing skills recognising need for attention to detail Fluent English (other languages such as Spanish, Italian and Portuguese is a real plus) This Position in intense on Phone Calls both outbound and Inbound and a passion for excellent customer service is required. Benefits

Salary of £10/Hour 45 Hours per week on Rota Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm (Alternative Saturday from 9am to 2pm) You get paid weekly via BACS If you are an individual who gets stuff done quickly, efficiently, and without first being asked or needing your hand held. Please get in touch.
