Job Purpose:

We are looking for a multi-tasking genius to help support the Global Creative Design Manager in producing elevated photo and video content for Links of London for use across all channels.

The Creative Production Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of planning and coordinating all photo and video shoots for the Links of London brand.

Position Summary:

We are looking for an exceptional planning ninja to help bring this vision to life; ensuring that all aspects of asset production is met on time and budgets organising multiple teams and individuals along the way.

Our dream candidate is a super organised with outstanding communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments who loves to multi-task and collaborate. Problem solving will be second nature and it goes without saying that they will have a can-do attitude.

Also, they will be able to pin-point a new trend, be a lover of luxury, fashion and pop culture, and have relentless attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day-to-day production and administration of the creative asset production function to support marketing activity across all retail channels, including print, e-com, m-com, social, VM and PR. Negotiating and developing /maintaining relationships with external suppliers, ensuring that best value is secured constantly. End-to-end management of photo and video shoot production ranging from campaigns, online needs and social media content. Negotiate usage rights by channel and territory securing lowest possible exposure to cost and risk. Track usage rights and ensure that assets are used as intended and are not used when rights are expired. Acting as a first point of call to field UK and international requests. Plan, track and enforce the production and post-production timeline for photo and video shoots across the whole business ensuring all parties are aware, aligned and compliant. Finding solutions to keep projects on track when things don’t go according to plan and be nimble enough to cope with last minute changes. Plan and maintain project critical paths, managing schedules, delivery and adherence to ensure project deadlines are met. Collate the photographic requirements across multiple channels, by category – seeking out and coordinating the seasonal business needs. Identifying opportunities to avoid duplication, and achieve economies of scale. Have full responsibility for the back-end admin concerning the setting up new suppliers on internal systems, raising Purchase Orders on internal systems, ensuring timely payment. Coordinate shoot logistics including booking photographer, stylist, models, studio, equipment, catering, drafting call sheets, risk assessments, insurance and organising crew. Coordinating the transport of kit to and from shoots and owning all logistics associated with a shoot. Maintain a supplier base of all external crews, models, and photographers for reference. Maintain an impeccable image filing system to ensure all stakeholders are aware. Maintain image right usage and enforcing this throughout the business Tracking budgets and reporting, ensuring trackers are kept up-to-date. Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

Relevant experience with in a luxury brand context Knowledge and understanding of photo and video production – from creative ideation through to post-production and final delivery Experience in a deadline-driven production environment, preferably in a creative agency or production company Experience working in a fast-paced environment, turning things around under pressure Previous fashion, agency, social and / or entertainment experience desirable but not essential Competencies / Personal Attributes

A minimum of 3 years relevant experience producing photography for retail, preferably in a luxury arena and global experience a plus. Sound understanding of post-production elements Basic understanding of delivering photo/video to different formats and platforms Ability to work in a fast paced environment, often under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication You have a talent for project management, including exceptional organisational, planning and time management skills You understand the values and expectations within the luxury industry You have a genuine interest in the jewellery sector You have an in-depth knowledge of current lifestyle trends and contemporary culture Both PC and Mac literate is ideal Excellent excel skills Adobe Creative suite knowledge is a plus.
