The focus of your role will be managing an established portfolio of retail accounts. You will be required to maintain a vibrant pipeline of additional opportunities and compile development plans for existing clients. Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Accounts you will join an experienced team of Account Managers backed by a strong support team in Aylesbury. As this is a national role there will be the requirement for extensive UK travel.


Other responsibilities:

Retention, growth and improving profitability in relation to your portfolio against agreed sales targets. Managing your clients to a high level of satisfaction whilst contributing to the overall team strategy and goals. Contribute to best practice working groups within Biffa when required. Proactively deliver innovative solutions that meet the customers' requirements. Requirements

Able to effectively manage national accounts in a field-based role Track record of sales success within the waste marketplace or retail sector Fully conversant with Excel as well as presentation and reporting tools Enthusiastic and possess excellent inter-personal and presentation skills Demonstrates a strong 'can do' attitude towards proactive account management Excellent time management and organisational qualities, essential as you will work remotely a lot of the time.
