Role - Customer Service Supervisor

Contract - Permanent

Location - Harlesden

Reporting to the Customer Service Operations Manager your main tasks will be to;

● Provide supervisory support within the day-to-day operations of the Customer

Service Department.

● Manage team productivity.

● Work towards improving 1st time Fix.

● Experience of leading a team of up to 10.

● To assist with the training of outsource agents on location and liaising with

outsource management to ensure consistency of service and maximise

efficiency.

Leadership: Must have the ability to motivate team, earn their respect and inspire theteam to work to their maximum capacity. Show a willingness to take on responsibility.

Attitude: Should be positive, tenacious, enthusiastic, persistent, self-motivated,patient, and flexible. Must show a willingness to learn about new systems and

procedures.
