What you’ll be doing

Collect requirements, analyze, design, implement, test, and monitor corporate computing environment including but not limited to:Active Directory and ADFS Service Network Routers, Switches, Security Appliances, and Wireless Access Points Contact Center Systems and Workforce Management Applications Office 365 setup and administration Manage VMWare and Hyper-V virtual environments Meraki Mobile Device Management (MDM) Two-Factor Authentication (RSA) and User Account Administration IDS/IPS systems, E-mail and Content filtering systems Windows/Apple/Linux Servers and Desktops Data integrity Implement changes to Asterisk servers and Queue Metrics ACD/IVR including configuration of Call Routing and ACD/IVR scripts. Vulnerability and Penetration testing using tools such as Rapid 7 and Nipper Studios. Knowledge of network routing and redundancy principles and practices in a multilayer network. Strong experience with Cisco switches, and ASAs using FirePOWER required. Experience with configuring and troubleshooting IPSec site-to-site and client VPN tunnels using Cisco ASA Security Appliances. Management of the Office 365 environment including Office, Exchange, SharePoint and Skype for Business. As part of the GT&I team, provide 24x7 support coverage for the PTW global networks Produce regular reports for systems utilization and up-time. Core member of GT&I team to support all InfoSec and Data Privacy programs including ISO27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR, SOx. Ensure Information Security controls are implemented and adhered to. Contribute to the design, establishment, implementation and revision of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) as it relates to PTW’s InfoSec programs. Participate in Enterprise Risk Management system based on ISO31000. Support the objectives of the Global Technology & Information Security department. Requirements

What we’re looking for

Significant experienceAs hands-on manager of IT/Network Technology team. With Cisco switches, firewalls and access points, Windows servers, Contact Center ACD/IVRs and network vulnerability and penetration tools. Cisco FirePOWER and Rapid 7 tool experience is desired. CCNA/CCNP/MCSE certifications are preferred. Technical support/contact center/Software QA environment. Office 365 and PowerShell scripting experience preferred. Experience with Windows and Linux servers. Knowledge in TCP/IP Networking (Structured cabling, patching and Cisco configuration). Windows server administration experience including installation and configuration of Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS), DNS, DHCP, IIS, FTP, IAS (Radius), RSA, FIM, PKI Infrastructure and Certificate Services. Knowledge of ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR, Sarbanes Oxley and ISO 31000 Risk Management requirements, and experience working through the compliance process Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and organization skills required. Strong and effective team communication and problem-solving skills within a globally dispersed organization and able to work with minimal supervision. B.S. CS, EE or related technical degree. Equivalent experience will be considered. Ability to lift to 50 lbs. Benefits
