Overview of RoleAre you a motivated, organised, people-focused professional looking to join a young, high performing team? This role is a great opportunity to expand their skills and help spearhead an evolving role. We consider this role to be one of the most important in our business, delivering a first-class patient journey from start to finish to all our patients. The position will incorporate event management, reception duties, administrative duties and patient management.

We are are looking for a pro-active learner. You will be given on the job training and guidance, as well as the freedom to define and evolve your role as we move forward.

We welcome candidates from any industry and educational background.

Please note that we operate up to 7 days a week, and as such this role will include occasional weekend work as part of a team rota.


Primary ResponsibilitiesBeing the first point of contact for patients; responding to any enquiries they make about appointments, answering the telephone, taking payments, understanding other products and services, etc. Book patient appointments in line with how the Academy diaries are formatted Liaise with Patient Services Department to fill cancellations immediately. Share customer feedback with the Clinical Operations Manager. Ensure waiting areas and corridors are kept clean, tidy and free from slip and trip hazards. To carry out general administrative/clerical duties and specific tasks set by the Clinical Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Academy in line with our policies & procedures. Any other duties as required by the Clinical Operations Manager.

Desired Skills and ExperienceOutstanding communication skills and very high command of English (both written and spoken). Be customer focused, an enthusiastic team player with the ability to remain calm and professional with a positive attitude towards work. Ideally have previous front of house experience, however training will be provided. An interest in start-ups and an understanding of the challenges of working in a rapidly evolving environment The rate of pay is £8.00-£8.50 depending on experience. The hours per week can range from 16-25.
