We are currently looking to recruit an experienced EPoS Data Clerk to join our team in Stevenage. You will maintain, update and manage all elements of the EPoS database systems; including inputting all price and product changes on an on-going basis. You will also manage and input all promotional mechanics within the agreed promotional lifecycles.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to progress their career within a global company. You would need to have strong experience with Excel and data management, be an effective communicator and have very good problem solving skills.

Main responsibilities

Process EPoS data tasks to maintain accurate data within the system to ensure that all product coding and tariff is accurate, all stock and bar codes are correct and in line with the stocking policy removing redundant products Ensure that all promotions are created and the activity goes live on time Write and execute EPoS data reports to improve business performance Explore any data issues in terms of promotional pricing, stock codes and bar codes and resolve. This will involve directly liaising with the end users utilising HEAT and within the agreed KPI’s Assist with maintenance and review system user guides to ensure they are accurate and up to date at all times. Support any EPoS roll out by ensuring data is accurately sent to sites and that any product issues are dealt with promptly Administer the PCIDSS process including card terminal orders and maintain the reporting database Ideal candidate


Experience working with master data within systems Ability to form effective working relationships with colleagues and external businesses Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, at all levels of management Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks Must be flexible, able to cope under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Level 2 Excel Experience of Outlook and basic Microsoft packages Desirable

Working knowledge of EPoS Experience of writing User Acceptance Test scripts and testing. Experience in the writing of Guides and Processes Experience of project work Experience in card payment solutions
