Nurse / Lead Nurse: Due to impressive and sustained growth multiple vacancies exist for experienced, personable and highly organised Nurses / Lead Nurses of all experience levels to take responsibility for maintaining the exceptionally high levels of patient care, safety, governance and clinical standards at clinics across London for one of the UK's leading Cosmetic Surgery Groups, established as a leader in the field of Cosmetic Surgery and Laser & Skin Treatments with clinics throughout the UK.

Working in close partnership with the Clinic General Manager these pivotal, positions would suit Registered Nurses with surgical care experience gained in a hands-on, dynamic nursing environment such as A&E, High Dependency Unit or district nursing looking to join a growing, well-respected, industry leading organisation that can offer genuine career progression. The successful applicants will report directly to the Clinical Manager and liaise with patients, colleagues, doctors and surgeons as necessary.

Applications from suitably qualified Nurses happy to commute to Central London, Chiswick or Wimbledon are particularly welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre & post-treatment care, assessments and advice (including bloods, ECG)

Ensure patients receive the best possible care

Counsel and treat patients

Document all patient interventions and store records securely

Chaperone patients during surgical consultation appointments

Manage and process clinic ordering, invoicing, deliveries, stock checks

Helping to achieve commercial targets

Research, initiate and evaluate new ideas to foster continuous improvement

Participate in our out of hours on-call service

Maintain competitor awareness to support effective patient communication

Skills & Experience:

Registered nurse

Minimum of 1-year post registration experience

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Good organisational skills
