Job SummaryThe Brand Assistant will assist with the day to day running, coordination and execution of tasks within the Brand team for the Square Enix External Studio’s console and PC titles. The successful candidate will work across the department providing key logistical support and services as requested.

Key Deliverables

To be successful you must will be organised, confident, hardworking, and able to multi-task across the team. Tasks will vary from supporting the team in building and distributing assets for the global marketing campaign. Preparing and creating assets and metadata for the digital stores. Versioning assets to support international languages and distributing these to local marketing, PR and community teams. Keeping the brand asset calendars up to date, supporting brand research and helping the team prepare for presentations and events.

This is a great entry-level role in the games industry for a candidate who has an interest in marketing and communications and a passion for videogames.

SEES Brand & Production Teams, Territory PR & Marketing Teams, external brand partners.

Global Brand Manager, SEES

Requirements

Knowledge and ExperienceEssentialNo previous Brand or Marketing work experience is necessary but a passion for marketing and video games is a must

Good Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills

Good organisation and detail orientated.

Ability to coordinate multiple projects

Evidence of self-starting, can do attitude and good common sense.

Good written and spoken English

Desirable

A marketing, business or communications based degree.

Office administrative work experience

Photoshop and video editing skills a big plus

Able to learn and develop quickly

Other

Strong interest in games and marketing

Digital games, music, movies, TV, youth entertainment, social networking sites, sport, books… understand what our audience likes!
