We’re looking for someone who wants their career to hit new heights, much like our rapid growth. Working alongside our Business Manager who reports directly to the CEO, you’ll be tasked with getting involved and making a difference in some pretty important projects!

It is likely that you would have started your career on a graduate programme at a consulting firm or a bank. You have worked end-to-end on a number of projects as an analyst and now would like to broaden your experience. This role would offer you the unique experience of working at the top level and seeing the inner workings of one of the most exciting next generation banks.


Involvement in progressing several key projects Contribute to identification and problem solving of issues Build strong relationships and with new and existing client base to maximise new business opportunities and revenue Managing key third party suppliers and partners on operational and contractual matters Work with Operational Risk to ensure all risks are identified and controls are in-place Industry Research and Competitor analysis Requirements

Demonstrable experience in a top strategic consulting firm or bank, likely as an analyst or with an operations background. Strong analytical skills and expertise in Word, Powerpoint and Excel or equivalent programmes Interest in social media, tech, and finance Ability to work with autonomy and function well in a fast-paced startup environment High level of initiative and responsibility with a dedication to quality Strong written and verbal communication skills Proactive approach, keen to roll your sleeves up and take initiative Benefits
